about us

Founded in 2016, we are one of York’s leading lesson providers. We cater for babies and toddlers, juniors and adults. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality swimming lessons at great value for money!

Our Management Team has over 30 years experience in swimming, ranging from teaching non-swimmers to coaching athletes to an international competitive standard. Our expertise also includes Coach Education, in the form of delivering Swim England Teaching/Coaching Qualifications and collaboration with the International Governing Body for Swimming (FINA) to deliver Coaching Clinics across the World.

PRE-SCHOOL LESSONS

A fun and effective programme for introducing parents with young children to the exciting world of aquatics.

JUNIOR LESSONS

An all-inclusive programme designed to take the non-swimmer from his or her first splash to full competence in the pool through the completion of seven stages.

JUNIOR AQUATICS

A range of activities designed to challenge those who wish to continue beyond the Junior Lessons programme.

ADULT LESSONS

Suitable for everyone (16+), from complete beginners to experienced swimmers who would just like some additional coaching to improve their technique.

SCHOOL SWIMMING

Expert delivery and support of curriculum swimming lessons.
